Role Overview:As a Screener, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:-Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
Coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:-Based in Egypt.

Native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).
Good command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in recruitment or customer interaction is a plus.
