We are looking for an experienced Remote Dispatcher to support businesses we work with and manage client communication and daily operations.
The position involves mainly B2C customer communication, with some B2B communication. We need someone professional, organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in customer follow-up and dispatching.
Requirements:
Fluent spoken English with clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation
Minimum 2 years of dispatching or similar customer service experience
Strong B2C customer communication and follow-up experience
Some B2B communication experience is preferred
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle incoming calls, follow up with customers, assign and track jobs, update records, and communicate with technicians and business clients
Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet work environment
Must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently from home
Working Schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week. There are two available shifts, and selected candidates will be assigned to one shift.
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
Salary: $500 per month
