The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join a growing international search business operating across the global marine and offshore sectors.

This role offers a warm desk with active clients and live vacancies, giving you the platform to make an immediate impact while building long-term success.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, supporting projects across Africa, EMEA, and international markets, with real exposure to a global client base.

The Role

Managing a warm desk with live vacancies
Headhunting high-quality technical and commercial professionals across Africa
Managing the full recruitment process—from initial brief through to placement
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities across the African market

What I’m Looking For

Previous recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition experience preferred
Fluent in English and French (essential)
Experience recruiting across African markets
Marine, offshore, engineering, EPC, energy, shipbuilding, or technical recruitment experience is highly desirable
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
