Our client is a leading consulting and talent advisory organization operating in Saudi Arabia, supporting government, semi-government, and private sector entities. The organization is known for delivering high-quality recruitment, executive search, and talent solutions, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and delivery excellence.

 

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support their growing hiring needs across Saudi Arabia. This is a fully remote role requiring strong expertise in tech hiring and a deep understanding of the Saudi talent market.

The role will focus on end-to-end sourcing, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis across target industries and roles

• Identify and source high-quality candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs

• Perform initial screening and structured interviews

• Assess candidates against technical, behavioral, and cultural fit criteria

• Prepare and deliver shortlists and candidate reports to stakeholders

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting

• Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor mapping

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams on recruitment strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience

• Strong experience in tech hiring (software engineering, data, AI, cloud, etc.)

• Proven experience in the Saudi market

• Strong capability in market mapping and headhunting

• Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Preferred Background

• Experience in a consulting firm or executive search environment

• Exposure to hiring for government, giga-projects, or large enterprises in KSA

• Understanding of Saudi labor market dynamics and hiring practices
