Freelance Player Support Agent (English + German )

Are you a passionate gamer with native or professional-level German and strong communication skills? Join our global Player Support team and help players get the best possible experience.

What you’ll be doing

Responding to player support requests and resolving issues
Becoming familiar with the games you support
Working with ticketing and social media platforms
Tracking and reporting player issues and trends
Helping enforce community rules
Working toward key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and player satisfaction

What we’re looking for

Native or professional-level German, with excellent written and spoken skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Familiarity with gaming communities and platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
A genuine passion for video games

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of gaming projects alongside a global team of gaming and player-support professionals, with ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills.
