Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful product adoption, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer goals and provide solutions that maximize the value of products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for account growth and renewals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Contribute to achieving customer success and retention targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
Experience working in SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech, FinTech, BPO, or related industries is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
