Your Impact

Engage with customers to provide world-class support and identify opportunities for subscription recovery and winbacks.
Handle abandoned cart assistance to re-engage customers and finalize lost sales.
Act as a brand advocate, ensuring every interaction aligns with the brand’s unique voice and values.
Monitor customer feedback trends to help enhance the overall sales process.

What We Are Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce support with a strong focus on sales and retention.
Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a major advantage.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build trust quickly over chat and phone.

Technical Requirements

Connection: Reliable internet with 15 Mbps Download and 15 Mbps Upload minimum (Tested speed).
PC: Intel i5 processor or higher.
Setup: Professional USB headset and a dedicated quiet workspace.
