Bilingual ( French / English ) HR Coordinator

Shift hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Bilingual HR Coordinator fluent in both English and French. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge for our teams, supporting daily HR operations, managing data, and ensuring seamless communication across borders. This is a fully remote position operating during afternoon/evening shifts to align with our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bilingual Communication: Handle internal and external HR communications smoothly in both English and French.
Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize employee records and HR metrics using Microsoft Excel.
Operational Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and daily employee inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with international HR teams to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications

Language Proficiency:
French: B2+ level or higher (Strong spoken and written communication is essential).
English: B2 level or higher.
Experience: Proven previous experience working within the Human Resources field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data sorting, formulas, tracking).
Full commitment to working the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
