Position: Human Resources Manager

Experience: 5+ years in human resources, employee relations, people operations, or a similar role
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern
Location: Fully Remote, work from home
Pay: Competitive base salary + bonuses based on experience and qualifications

Who You Are:

Experienced: At least 5 years in human resources, employee relations, onboarding, or people operations with a proven track record of supporting employees across a broad scope of industries and roles.
Recruitment/Staffing Agency Experience: Knowledge working within the BPO and recruitment/staffing industry, as well as experience supporting employees placed with U.S., Canadian, or Australian companies.
Skilled Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR, time-tracking, payroll, ATS, CRM, and employee management systems.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
Passionate: Enthusiastic about supporting employees, improving performance, and creating a positive work experience.
Accountable: Takes action and accountability and has the “figure it out” mentality that is important in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

Onboard newly hired employees and set clear expectations for their client assignments.
Provide basic training, coaching, and ongoing support to help employees succeed.
Create and manage 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance plans.
Monitor performance, attendance, engagement, and time tracking.
Keep HubSpot and other systems updated with employee records, changes, resignations, and offboarding details.
Coordinate with accounting and payroll on hours, pay adjustments, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Work with hiring managers and clients to address employee concerns and resolve performance issues.
Conduct regular employee check-ins and provide updates on key HR matters.
Improve onboarding, employee management, and HR processes as the staffing division grows.
