Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, personnel records, and employee documentation. The Human Resources Specialist will support the implementation of HR policies, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and selection, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting employee relations initiatives. The role will also collaborate with managers to address HR-related inquiries, contribute to HR reporting and analytics, and help promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with WAJJAD’s values.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a technology or B2B environment is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
