We’re a results-driven marketing agency specialising in patient acquisition for aesthetic, dental, and chiropractic clinics across the UK and Ireland.
We handle lead generation and appointment setting end-to-end, helping clinics fill their calendars with high-quality, ready-to-book patients.
Our edge is execution. We run a sharp, fast-moving appointment-setting operation, and we’re looking for a Call Center Manager to take ownership of our team and push it to perform at the highest level.
The Role
You’ll lead and develop our team of 13+ appointment setters. This is a hands-on leadership position, you’re not just monitoring numbers, you’re actively building closers who book more appointments, handle objections better, and keep our clinic clients’ calendars full.
What You’ll Own
Drive peak performance. Hold the team to the highest standard and make sure every setter is performing at their full potential.
Call coaching. Run regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions that measurably improve results.
Call reviews. Listen to calls, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and turn those insights into action.
Sales skill development. Sharpen the team’s pitching, objection handling, and booking technique on an ongoing basis.
Accountability. Set clear targets, track them daily, and keep everyone accountable to the numbers.
Team management. Manage scheduling, workflow, and day-to-day operations so the team runs smoothly.
Culture & competition. Build and maintain a highly competitive, high-energy team spirit where setters push each other to win.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a sales, call center, or appointment-setting team
A strong coach who can develop people, not just manage them
Sharp sales skills, you understand what makes a call convert
Data-driven and accountable, with a relentless focus on results
A motivator who thrives on building winning, competitive teams
Excellent spoken English and clear, confident communication
Compensation
Earning potential between $1,500 and $2,500 per month, based on performance.
