Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Associate to help build and scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll source and validate leads, manage clean databases, and create outbound campaigns from the ground up. From list-building and sequencing to email outreach and follow-ups. You’ll also collaborate with partners and work with the team to develop scalable processes for targeting the right companies and contacts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Validation

Source leads using tools like Seamless.AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on pre-defined keywords and job titles.
Manually validate leads by reviewing LinkedIn profiles, focusing on the About section and Job Description to ensure relevance.
Conduct due diligence to identify additional companies and contacts that should be targeted based on industry trends and patterns.
Experience in business data entry and Background in business or sales development and ability in prospecting for leads and Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments.
Data Management & Process Development

Define, structure, and maintain large-scale databases of clean and accurate leads.
Work with the team to establish and refine processes for ongoing data collection, enrichment, and validation.
Build scalable systems to track lead sources, validation steps, and outreach readiness.
Email Outreach & Engagement

Validate email addresses using tools like Zerobounce and BounceBan to maintain high deliverability.
Set up cold email sequences in Smartlead and manage follow-up workflows.
Track, monitor, and respond to inbound replies from outreach campaigns.

 

Cross-Functional Communication

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-gen efforts with campaign needs.
Support communication and coordination with partners.

 

Required Skills:

1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, internet Research, lead sourcing and data management.

Familiarity with CRM systems and databases (HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills (both reading and writing)
