Job Description

We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own Gameball’s content engine end-to-end.

You’ll create the stories that put Gameball everywhere our audience looks, short-form video, thought leadership, customer wins, employer branding, and long-form articles. The goal is simple: convey our messages and surround our market with Gameball content so consistently that we become the first name they think of when loyalty and customer engagement come up.

We’re hiring this role because storytelling is a human skill that AI won’t replace anytime soon. But AI can 10x content production and make life easier only if you know how to direct tools, freelancers, and colleagues to move fast and keep content flowing.
Gameball serves customers globally, so what you create needs to land across markets and cultures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute Gameball’s short-form content strategy across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Build and manage a content calendar and production pipeline, from ideation and scripting to publishing.
Develop content themes and series that position Gameball as a thought leader in customer engagement, loyalty, and retention for mid-market and enterprise brands
Craft content that resonates across geographies, reflecting our global audience
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep our content sharp and high-performing
Write blog posts, guides, and SEO-driven articles that position Gameball as the authority in loyalty, retention, and gamification
Grow Gameball’s brand presence and community through content that educates, entertains, and sparks conversation
Build relationships with our ideal customer profile audience through comments, DMs, and community engagement
Write content for Gameball’s official channels and ghostwrite for company leadership Linkedin, thought leadership posts, industry commentary, hot takes, and narrative-driven posts
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across product, customer success, and leadership to turn insights into compelling content
Work with Customer Success to surface the best stories. Extract compelling narratives and turn one win into multiple assets, written case study, video testimonial, quote cards, social clips. Apply the same repurposing mindset to every core asset.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong storytelling and writing ability, clear, sharp, no fluff, smooth to digest
Ability to write in different voices, company brand, executive thought leadership, educational, product-led
Comfortable with video, either on camera or behind the script. You understand how short-form video content works.
Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, loyalty, retention, or martech
You can take a rough brief or a 30-minute customer call and turn it into polished, publishable content independently
Full-stack creator mindset, you may not be a designer, but you can ship simple assets using Canva, Figma, or CapCut when needed
AI tools are part of your creative workflow
Published portfolio, blog posts, LinkedIn content, video scripts, case studies, or any public-facing work
Experience producing customer stories or case studies in B2B
Experience scripting or producing short-form video, bonus if you’re comfortable on camera
Active LinkedIn user, comfortable using your personal profile as a growth channel
Experience with content tools (Notion, CMS platforms, Tella, ElevenLabs, CapCut)
Exposure to SaaS, martech, or eCommerce space
