Job Description: Call Center Agent – Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) / Business Lending
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours EST
Language Requirement: Excellent spoken and written English
Experience Requirements: MCA, business loans, or call center/sales experience preferred
The offer is selling loans to businesses with interest.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business owners using our dialing software (Kixie)
Qualify prospects by gathering key information (monthly revenue, time in business, industry, existing advances, etc.).
Explain basic business loan options in a simple, clear manner.
Warm transfer interested leads to closers or schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain clean and accurate notes in the CRM after every call.
Follow scripts while also adapting naturally to conversation flow.
Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, leads generated, and qualified transfers.
Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving.
Manage inbound calls or callbacks when needed.
Requirements
Fluent English — strong communication and conversational skills.
Experience in merchant cash advance or business lending offer.
Comfortable making 200–300+ calls per day (power dialer).
Confidence handling objections and speaking with business owners.
Ability to identify qualified prospects quickly.
Reliable high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace.
Ability to work full-time U.S. business hours (EST).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in MCA, business loans, credit repair, or financial services.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialers (ReadyMode, Kixie, PhoneBurner, Five9, etc.), or lead management tools.
Strong sales instincts and the ability to build rapport fast.
Goal-oriented and motivated by commission or performance bonuses.
