Join our team and build your career with us
We’re a Canadian strategy and marketing agency partnering principally with political organizations and elected officials. We’re not your typical agency — we combine senior leadership experience with proprietary AI to deliver results where others play it safe. Our mission: to be Canada’s most trusted and disruptive political strategy and marketing firm.
We deliver AI-powered campaign services and business strategy. For political clients: micro-targeting, voter identification, branding, and intelligence. For private sector clients: branding, social listening, and web development. AI powers every service; human judgment drives every decision.
Our clients span North America. We work exclusively with elected officials, riding associations, and political organizations at federal and provincial levels. We also serve growth-stage organizations ($2–$20M) across healthcare, construction, real estate, franchising, nonprofits, retail, and technology.
Our Founder holds certifications from Wharton, Harvard, and MIT. Our Senior Partner is a former Member of Parliament and Canadian influencer. Revenue has tripled and our team has doubled in the past year. We shoot straight, hit deadlines, and protect confidentiality — which is why we’ve never lost a client.
OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:
🎯 Deadline-Driven: We set clear goals and hit them. Missing deadlines isn’t in our vocabulary.
🤝 Radical Honesty: We say what we mean — whether someone wants to hear it or not.
🔒 Confidentiality First: Our clients operate in sensitive environments. Discretion is non-negotiable.
✅ Accountability Over Everything: We hold ourselves accountable and expect the same from everyone around us. We don’t want yes people.
🧪 Relentlessly Experimental: If it might make us better, we’ll test it — no permission needed.
⚡ Outcome Over Process: We don’t care how you get there. We care that you get there.
We’re a fully remote team of 7 (soon to be 8 👋), including our CEO, an AI Developer and Web Developer, a Junior Consultant managing client relationships and social listening, a Graphic Designer, a Senior Partner, and a Political Operations Lead. Most of our team is based in Eastern Canada, with one teammate in Ontario.
Our culture is built on high-trust and high-autonomy — active, fast-moving, and deeply respectful of each other’s time. We don’t micromanage; if you say you’ll have something done, we trust you to deliver it. We compensate for outcomes, not hours in a seat. Our communication structure reflects this: email means it can wait, chat is quick and non-urgent, text means within the hour, and a phone call means something’s on fire.
About the Role
We’re looking for a remote Meta Ads & Client Success Manager to own end-to-end client operations — from discovery calls and proposals through onboarding, campaign coordination, performance reporting, and pipeline management.
In this role, you’ll be client-facing over email and calls, deeply embedded in our Meta advertising workflow, and the person who keeps 20–30 active clients moving smoothly. You’ll manage HubSpot pipelines, coordinate campaign launches, prepare client reports, and handle invoicing and reconciliation.
This role solves a bottleneck: our leadership is maxed out on operations when they should be focused on sales. You won’t be creating content or managing social media — but you will coordinate, organize, and drive everything to the finish line.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, client success, or marketing operations, with minimum 2 years hands-on Meta Ads experience (campaign setup, optimization, reporting). You’re comfortable with HubSpot pipeline management, client-facing communication, and basic financial admin. What sets you apart: you build genuine relationships where you know how each other’s week is going. You anticipate what needs doing before being asked. You communicate with warmth and clarity that makes people trust you immediately. You thrive in the controlled chaos of political campaigns and fast-moving deadlines. You need minimal direction and flourish with autonomy. You’re comfortable pushing back and holding leadership accountable — including telling our CEO when he’s taking on too much or missing something critical.
Performance Metrics: Your performance will be measured by our CEO’s ability to focus on sales — proposals moving smoothly through the funnel, deliverables going out on time, nothing falling through the cracks, and proactive improvements you make without being asked.
Reporting Structure: You’ll collaborate with our Senior Partner and core team, with regular client-facing interaction across political and private sector accounts. This position reports directly to the CEO.
You’ll be doing things like:
Sales & Proposal Management: Attending discovery calls with our CEO to capture requirements; drafting polished proposals; following up via HubSpot; keeping 20–30 active proposals moving; sending onboarding links when signed.
Client Onboarding & Meta Setup: Connecting client Facebook pages to our Meta ad account; adding admins and attaching pages; setting up political disclaimers for campaign clients; coordinating Google Ads setup for private sector clients; serving as primary contact via email and video.
Campaign Coordination & Meta Ads Management: Collecting content from clients for targeted ads, dark ads, and websites; working with our Senior Partner on copy and photographers/designers on assets; launching and optimizing Meta campaigns (CAD $5–$1,500/day budgets).
Performance Reporting & Analytics: Setting up automated social listening reports and supporting interpretation; summarizing Meta ad performance (weekly to monthly) for CEO review; preparing Google Ads summaries for private clients.
HubSpot & Pipeline Management: Creating and tracking deals; logging activity; sending e-blasts; improving workflows.
Finance & Invoicing: Preparing quotes and invoices via Wix Studio; flagging overdue accounts; compiling monthly packages for our bookkeeper; monthly reconciliation (one day/month).
Operations & Process Improvement: Updating SOPs; improving AI and automation usage; organizing Google Drive; suggesting improvements; managing up our CEO on deadlines.
