Namaa is an AI-powered upselling and cross-selling tool built for e-commerce stores. We help online merchants increase their average order value and revenue through smart, automated product recommendations. Our merchants see real results from day one — and we’re just getting started.

We currently serve a growing base of active stores, with access to a market of 64,000+ stores and expanding. We’re looking for someone who wants to be at the center of that growth.

 

The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to take ownership of our merchant acquisition. You’ll be reaching out directly to e-commerce store owners, showing them how Namaa can grow their revenue, and converting them into paying subscribers.

This isn’t an inbound lead-sitting role. You’ll be doing proactive outbound outreach — via WhatsApp, phone, and email — identifying high-potential stores, running demos, handling objections, and closing deals. You’ll have access to a large database of target stores and the tools to reach them effectively.

 

What You’ll Do

— Prospect and reach out to e-commerce store owners daily through multiple channels

— Conduct product demos and walk merchants through Namaa’s value proposition

— Guide prospects through the free trial experience and convert them to paid plans

— Follow up with trial users to drive activation and conversion

— Collect market feedback and share insights with the product team

— Track all activity and pipeline progress in our CRM

— Hit and exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets

 

Who You Are

— You have 2–5 years of experience in a sales role within e-commerce or SaaS

— You speak Arabic fluently

— You understand the world of online merchants — you can speak their language about order values, conversion rates, and revenue growth

— You’re comfortable with WhatsApp-based selling and phone outreach

— You’re self-driven, persistent, and motivated by results

— You’ve worked with tools like CRMs, and you keep your pipeline organized

— Experience selling to SMBs in the Saudi or GCC market is a strong plus

— Familiarity with platforms like Zid or Salla is a strong plus
