Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
Strong understanding of YouTube platform is a plus
Fast learner and Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection
Native Arabic and English proficiency
Performance Expectations
A training will be given on Youtube and Audience development
Achieve monetization on 3 assigned channels within 2 months
Adhere strictly to assigned assets pool per Tier level
Maintain quality standards and achieve monthly targets
