Join Albida as a Workday Data Consultant – Full-Time | Remote | EMEA
Albida is growing, and we’re looking for a Workday Data Consultant to join our dynamic Data Team! You will be supporting tenant building, tenant migrations, data migration, and data conversion.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support Workday data workstreams across implementation and optimisation projects
Own data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities
Build tenants
Advise clients on best-practice data strategies within Workday
Drive continuous improvements in our data processes and tools
What We’re Looking For:
Workday Data Certification (mandatory)
Advanced data conversion certification
Proven experience delivering Workday data migrations or data-heavy Workday projects
Strong understanding of data structures, mapping, and validation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, multicultural team
