We are a fast-growing hospitality and short-term rental company operating 20+ properties in Dubai. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining top operational standards. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, guest communication, scheduling, and overall management tasks.
This is a long-term, stable role with opportunities for growth.
Role Overview
This role combines three key responsibilities:
General Virtual Assistant
Airbnb Guest Support (Messaging & Coordination)
Operations Manager (Remote)
You will work closely with the manager & on-ground team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all properties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all guest inquiries via Airbnb, WhatsApp, and phone.
Provide quick, friendly, and professional responses.
Assist with check-in and check-out instructions.
Handle complaints, escalate issues, and coordinate solutions.
Request and follow up on guest reviews.
Maintain 5-star communication and response rates.
Coordinate with housekeeping teams and maintenance staff.
Schedule cleanings and inspections between bookings.
Monitor property condition reports.
Track supplies, linens, and inventory.
Follow up with building management when required.
Prepare weekly operations reports.
Monitor access card losses, replacements, and coordinate paperwork.
Data entry, documentation & file organization.
Update property calendars, pricing, and availability.
Daily report summaries for all activities.
Research tasks (vendors, maintenance solutions, new materials).
Creating SOPs, templates, and checklists.
Organizing Google Drive and managing forms.
Preparing invoices or simple accounting (basic skills only).
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
High attention to detail
Strong communication & customer service skills
At least 1 year experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or guest support
Experience as a VA, CSR, or Operations role
Fast and stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbps preferred)
Ability to work UAE time zone
Preferred Skills
Experience managing multiple units on Airbnb
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Trello, Excel/Sheets
Basic understanding of property management
Previous work with Middle East clients is a plus
