We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in outbound sales, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. This role plays a key part in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the company’s overall growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate leads or set appointments
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service and follow up throughout the entire sales cycle
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1–2 years of experience in Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Sales Closing roles
Proven ability to engage and convert prospects through outbound calling
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in sales or inside sales is an advantage
