Tchaikovsky School of Performing Arts is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our growing team.
This role is all about ownership, follow-through, and student experience. You’ll work closely with instructors, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage student schedules and class coordination
Follow up with parents and instructors
Ensure students attend sessions on time
Track student progress and operational issues
Support day-to-day operational execution
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Previous operations / admin experience is a plus
Ability to work remotely and take ownership
