About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Virtual Medical Assistant to support a busy consultant in Anesthesia and Pain Management. This is a long-term remote position for someone with excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

– Manage the doctor’s appointment calendar.
– Respond to patient calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.
– Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
– Follow up with patients after clinic visits and procedures.
– Coordinate with hospitals, imaging centers, and laboratories.
– Maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs.
– Prepare the daily clinic schedule.
– Assist with administrative tasks and correspondence.

Requirements

– Previous experience as a medical secretary, virtual medical assistant, or clinic coordinator.
– Excellent spoken and written Arabic.
– Good English communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Comfortable using Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and online scheduling tools.
– Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
– Reliable internet connection and computer.

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience working with physicians or private clinics.
– Familiarity with medical terminology.
– Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.

Remote, with flexible hours aligned with clinic sessions.
