🚨 We’re Hiring: Virtual Medical Assistant | Remote
Join the Metaplier team! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Virtual Medical Assistant to support a busy Medical Clinic.
🔹 Position: Virtual Medical Assistant
🔹 Location: Remote
🔹 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Saturday Sunday off)
🔹 Working Hours: 8am-5pm (CST) (4pm-1am Cairo Time)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
✅ Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
✅ Create telephone encounters in ECW
✅ Send imaging and lab orders accurately and promptly
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and professional phone support
✅ Support daily administrative and patient coordination tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Experience working as a Medical Assistant or Virtual Medical Assistant preferred
✔ eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience required
✔ Experience with scheduling, telephone encounters, imaging orders, and lab orders
✔ Ability to handle a HIGH-VOLUME call environment and multitask efficiently
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Language Requirement:
🗣 English Fluency Required (Call center level English)
Candidates should have strong spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral, professional phone presence.
