Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant – Property Management & Lettings Coordinator to remotely support our property management company clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working with property managers, property owners, tenants, and applicants.

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time

Responsibilities:

Prepare tenancy agreements and assist with lettings administration
Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and applicants
Answer and make phone calls to tenants and clients
Assist tenants with Universal Credit and rent-related follow-ups
Follow up with tenants regarding required information and verification codes
Track rent payments and assist with arrears follow-up
Update property records and maintain accurate data in client systems
Assist with tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
Prepare simple reports for client management teams
Respond to emails and daily inquiries promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management, lettings, or virtual assistance (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with tenants over the phone
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working during UK business hours
Stable internet connection
