Our Project Management Department is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative with a strong healthcare background. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in data accuracy, customer communication, and operational support within pharmacy or medical environments.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional verbal and written customer support with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Manage customer inquiries related to order processing, tracking, and inventory coordination
Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry, reporting, and documentation
Utilize Excel extensively for tracking orders, reconciling data, and supporting operational workflows
Maintain and update records within CRM and order management systems
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth healthcare operations
Required Qualifications
Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
1+ year of experience in a customer service role
Strongly preferred: pharmacy, healthcare, medical insurance, or clinical support environments
Demonstrated experience with order management, processing, and tracking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, formulas, reporting) — critical for success in this role
High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with eCW Inventory Management or similar medical/order processing systems
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Cairo Time
