We’re Hiring: Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant | Remote
Are you organised, guest-focused, and experienced in the short-term rental space? We’re looking for a proactive STR Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver 5-star guest experiences across our portfolio
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more
Coordinating bookings, calendars, and preventing double bookings
Liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
Optimising listings, photos, and descriptions across platforms
Monitoring pricing tools and tracking occupancy performance
Handling general administrative and STR support tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in short-term rental management or hospitality
Excellent written English and communication skills
Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Availability to respond to guest messages in a timely manner
