Job Overview
One of our clients is seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support a client in the USA. The role will involve a mix of administrative support, social media management, research, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment setting
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
Manage social media accounts (posting, commenting, responding to messages)
Prepare and send newsletters
Conduct research tasks as needed (e.g. venues, contacts, suppliers)
Event Coordination
Coordinate live café performances and small-scale events end-to-end
Conduct outreach to musicians/artists and follow up to secure performance commitments
Manage and confirm artist schedules and availability
Act as the main point of contact for performers and event-related inquiries
Handle venue rental inquiries and bookings
Lead event-related coordination, logistics, and follow-ups
Key Consideration
Relevant experience in social media management and administrative tasks
Proven experience in event coordination
Software: Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Other: Strong organizational and communication skills.
