Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Specialist
Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Mid-Term Rentals (MTRs)? We’re looking for a dedicated MTR VA to help manage day-to-day operations, guest communication, and property performance across our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays
Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements
Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes
Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels
Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules
Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation
Assist with calendar management and reservation updates
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Requirements
Previous experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tenant screening and lease management
Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management
Background in property management, real estate, or hospitality
