We’re searching for a Video Editor for Social Media to create fast, engaging, and high-impact video content for BeInCrypto’s social media and YouTube channels. In this role, you’ll focus fully on video editing—turning podcasts, interviews, and raw footage into compelling long-form and short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement across platforms.

What you’ll do:

Edit 3–5 videos per week, including podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos, and short-form social content.
Adapt and optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X, and other social channels.
Cut long-form content into engaging short clips with strong hooks and pacing.
Apply captions, sound effects, basic animations, and visual enhancements to boost retention.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to align videos with brand and growth goals.
Manage multiple edits efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Use tools like Premiere Pro, Riverside, and AI-based tools to speed up workflows and improve output quality.

You are the perfect match if you:

Have 2–4 years of experience as a video editor, ideally working with social media or digital content.
Are confident with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or other tools are a plus, but not required).
Understand what makes videos perform well on social platforms and how to keep viewers watching.
Can turn raw footage into polished content independently and efficiently.
Work fast, stay organized, and handle feedback constructively.
Communicate fluently in English.
Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
