The Video Editing Specialist will edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and cutting clips, adding transitions, audio mixing, basic color correction, and incorporating graphics and text overlays according to brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and deliver on-brand, engaging video content within deadlines. The specialist will also organize and manage media assets, maintain consistent file naming and project structures, and optimize video formats for multiple platforms.

Qualifications
Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to enhance visual storytelling.
Working knowledge of sound design, audio editing, and mixing for clear, balanced voice, music, and effects.
Understanding of color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and support brand identity.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing formats (e.g., short-form video, vertical content, ads, and reels).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and contribute ideas to improve visual narratives.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, media libraries, and deadlines in a remote environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams online.
Prior experience in creative agencies, production studios, or brand-focused projects is preferred.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent experience is also valued.
