VP of Sales – SaaS Platform (Betting & Gaming)

Our client is a highly innovative B2B platform provider in the betting predictions market, one of the fastest growing product verticals in the gambling industry today. This industry leading product enables companies to launch and scale their own prediction market products, backed by deep liquidity from leading brands in the liquidity markets. To further drive their growth, they are now looking to hire a VP of Sales who will take a hands-on role in driving sales, whilst also hiring and building the sales department.

 

Responsibilities

 

You’ll start by building and running the sales function from scratch – opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing deals end-to-end. As the business grows, you’ll build and lead the entire sales team, whilst establishing the correct sales processes and workflows. If you love the hustle, the chase, and the win — this is your game.

 

Own the full sales cycle — from lead to close
Build the sales function from scratch: strategy, processes, and execution
Create and grow global B2B partnerships
Define pricing, deal structure, and commercial models
Set up pipeline, KPIs, and sales infrastructure
Work closely with founders and product to shape what we sell and how we sell it
Be extremely hands-on — this starts as a true one-man show

Requirements

 

Proven at closing complex B2B deals
Strong background in Fintech / Gaming / Trading Platforms is a must
Builder mindset — excited to create something from zero
Not afraid to be a one-man show in the early days
Startup DNA — fast, independent, and resourceful
Passion for sales — you genuinely love it
Fluent English
