Job Description

SMA Marketing is looking for a highly organized Traffic Manager to manage the daily flow of creative and marketing work across our remote team.

This role is not about paid ads traffic. It is about project traffic: tasks, deadlines, team coordination, client feedback, approvals, and making sure every deliverable moves smoothly from brief to final delivery.

You will be the person who keeps the workflow clear, the team aligned, and the work delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily task flow across design, copywriting, video, content, and client service teams.
Turn client requests and internal briefs into clear tasks with owners, deadlines, and priorities.
Follow up on task progress and make sure nothing gets stuck or forgotten.
Coordinate between team members to keep projects moving smoothly.
Track deadlines, pending approvals, revisions, and final deliveries.
Organize creative production schedules for posts, reels, campaigns, and client deliverables.
Collect updates from the team and prepare clear daily/weekly status reports.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate issues before they become delays.
Make sure all project details, files, feedback, and updates are documented in the right place.
Help build a more organized operating system for the agency.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Good understanding of how marketing agencies work.
Ability to follow up without micromanaging.
Comfortable working with remote teams.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle last-minute changes professionally.
Problem-solving mindset and calmness under pressure.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, media production team, or content team.
Understanding of social media content workflows.
Experience managing creative calendars, client feedback, and approval cycles.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, content planning, design workflow, or video production is a plus.

Work Setup

Remote position.
Full-time role.
You will work closely with the founder, account management, creative, design, copywriting, and production teams.
