Cisco is looking for a Terraform Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly automated cloud infrastructure on AWS to work remote from Egypt and be part of the US team at Cisco.
This role focuses on Infrastructure as Code, cloud platform engineering, and DevOps automation, working closely with application, security, and data teams to enable reliable and efficient delivery of enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
Architect, design, and implement AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud
Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, workspaces, and state management strategies
Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments
Implement cloud security, networking, IAM, and compliance best practices across environments
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of AWS services
Deploy and operate workloads using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud-native services
Implement observability, monitoring, and cost-optimization strategies for cloud environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, reliable, and secure platform capabilities
Contribute to agentic AI frameworks by enabling cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and automation required for autonomous AI agents and workflows
Support infrastructure for AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, and intelligent automation systems
What You Bring
Strong experience designing, building, and operating AWS cloud infrastructure
Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and Infrastructure as Code best practices
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures
Knowledge of networking, security, IAM, and compliance in AWS environments
Familiarity with event-driven systems, automation frameworks, and platform engineering
Exposure to or interest in agentic AI frameworks, AI infrastructure, or autonomous system orchestration
A collaborative mindset with strong ownership and a passion for building resilient cloud platforms
