Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist (Courses) at Contadora. The specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling courses, engaging with prospective customers via phone calls, providing outstanding customer support, and answering inquiries. Key responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, guiding them through course options, and achieving sales targets, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the team to improve processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales and Customer Support to identify customer needs and close sales successfully
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and provide excellent client experiences
Experience in Training and coaching customers or team members is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and online communication platforms
Any relevant certifications or experience within the education/training industry are advantageous
