Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating and qualifying sales leads, making outbound calls to prospects, and promoting the company’s products and services. Other tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
Ability to deliver Training to clients or internal stakeholders when necessary
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM software and telesales tools is a plus
Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Prior experience in telesales or similar customer-facing roles is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
