Job Title: Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Do:
Outreach: Engage with potential clients in the US/UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE via email, phone, and social media, introducing them to our services and setting appointments for the sales team.
Relationship Building: Understand client needs and show them how Strattmont’s tailored services can benefit them.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside our global teams to improve outreach efforts and achieve sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communicator with 4+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or a similar role.
Familiarity with Recruitment, IT outsourcing, or Employer of Record services.
Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented.
A self-starter who thrives on performance-based compensation.
