Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles
Effective Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is an advantage
Previous experience in customer-facing roles and problem resolution is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are an asset
