Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Tele Sales Agent in the EdTech SaaS industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, identifying their education technology needs, and presenting our solution. Daily tasks include cold calling, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and gathering feedback to refine our products and services.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
Proven experience in Sales, especially in SaaS or EdTech, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with Training processes for clients, including product demonstrations and onboarding support.
Basic understanding subscription-based business models is an advantage.
Proactive attitude, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
