Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Technical Engineer who will be responsible for delivering technical demonstrations, conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), and implementing cybersecurity and IT management solutions for our clients. This role combines customer-facing pre-sales activities with hands-on technical implementation and support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting solutions to clients, leading technical discussions, and performing deployment and configuration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) implementations to validate solutions.
Install, configure, and support IT monitoring and management platforms.
Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions including EDR, XDR, and MDR.
Implement and manage Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to support client meetings and technical discussions.
Prepare technical documentation and solution architecture when required.
Assist clients during onboarding, deployment, and post-implementation phases.
Requirements
Proven experience with IT Monitoring & Management solutions (RMM tools, infrastructure monitoring platforms, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, MDR.
Experience implementing Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Strong technical troubleshooting and implementation skills.
Experience delivering product demos and POCs to customers.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple client engagements.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience with MSP tools and platforms.
Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
Relevant technical certifications in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
