Carry out technical office engineering tasks for assigned project zones, including shop drawings, quantity take-offs, invoices, submittals, technical coordination, and schedule follow up to support efficient and compliant project execution.
About the Role

Responsibilities
Study project contract documents (Project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects.
Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
Review subcontractors’ shop drawings and design drawings as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
Prepare and submit Project Documents such as and are not limited to IR, MIR, CPR, Casting table, steel table.
Coordinate with Surveying team to provide them with all the information about land and any site measurement required.
Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solution timely.
Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
Prepare subcontractors periodically, Qs, invoices and compare it according to the project budget.
Study and review all tender documents received by business unit including instructions to tenders, contract general and special conditions, specifications, drawings and preparing BOQ.
Participate in value engineering workshops.
Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions.
Support the department development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
5–7+ years of experience in technical office functions for construction projects.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Required Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and ASD.
Proficient in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
Familiar with the use of CSI safe, CSI Etabs, CSI column, and Primavera P6.
Revit is an advantage.
