Role Description
Due to ongoing hiring needs, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to collaborate with us on a project basis, supporting the hiring of legal and administrative professionals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
Strong ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously
Ability to conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in hiring for professional roles (legal experience is a plus)
Results-driven with the ability to deliver qualified candidates efficiently
