Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative (English Profile). The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer communications, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
