SUMMARY:
The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in Mimeo’s revenue engine by supporting Sales throughout the entire pre- and post-sale cycle. You will help accelerate opportunities, improve close rates, scope and deliver technical solutions, and ensure customers adopt Mimeo’s products successfully.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Production, and Product to translate customer goals into clear, achievable solutions, from pre-demo stage through long-term expansion. This includes leading technical discovery, designing project plans, delivering training, supporting implementations, and providing ongoing technical expertise that protects and grows revenue.
The Solutions Engineer reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales reps with technical expertise and influence solution direction during the sales cycle
Assist with delivering compelling demos, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts that communicate Mimeo’s value and accelerate close rates
Maintaining a thorough understanding of all Mimeo products, offerings, services, and procedures
Translate customer goals into solution designs, timelines, and SOW-ready documentation
Provide quick-turn technical insights and recommendations that help the Sales team position Mimeo competitively and win more business
Coordinate cross-functional resources (Production, CS, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Create detailed project plans, establish milestones, and maintain clear deadlines for both internal teams and customers
Ensure all project work meets Mimeo’s quality standards and aligns with customer expectations
Develop and deliver training for customers on using Mimeo print, Marketplace, and Mimeo Digital solutions

3-5 years experience managing complex projects

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience working with companies in the Commercial Print industry
Experience working with E-Commerce solutions
Experience working with Web-to-Print solutions
