Join a stealth startup building novel software solutions for the semiconductor ecosystem. We’re hiring a hands-on Software Manager to lead design and hardening of a C++ enterprise EDA backend that integrates tightly with GUI front-ends.
What you’ll do
Architect, implement and production-harden a C++ enterprise EDA backend (performance, robustness, scalability).
Define and maintain clean APIs that interface with GUI front ends.
Lead and work with front-end developers to design, run and validate unit & system tests and automate deployments.
Design and support database schemas (SQLite and/or PostgreSQL).
Own Linux-based development, testing and production environments.
Design and integrate Agentic AI components that produce deterministic, reproducible behavior.
You have
Deep C++ (modern C++14/17/20) experience building large, high-performance codebases.
Proven experience in EDA, semiconductor tooling, or adjacent domains (preferred).
Strong system-level Linux skills (development, debugging, packaging, deployment).
Experience with SQL databases (SQLite/Postgres) and schema design.
Experience leading engineers — mentoring, code review, planning, and owning delivery.
Excellent communication for distributed/overseas teams.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including building deterministic agent behaviors, orchestration, and reproducibility.
