Responsibilities
8-hour shifts
Monitoring the infrastructure with several monitoring tools
Ability to communicate clearly and escalate problems
Performing preliminary investigation of alerts
Conducting basic triage of requests/problems
Interacting with DevOps and Engineering teams
Requirements
Hands-on experience in working with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience
Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles
Experience and knowledge of networks
Troubleshooting skills
English Intermediate
Will be a plus
Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible
Experience with MetaTrader
Experience in the trading domain
