QSR currently support the Digital Technology (DT) Service for my client, and we’re seeking an experienced professional to join the Simulation Team.
In this role, you’d be accountable for the smooth delivery and stability of our simulation services, working closely with internal customers while ensuring SLA compliance. You’d act as a key functional expert for simulation tools such as Ansys, Aspen Engineering Suite, StarCCM, @Risk, Arena, JMP, Minitab, ChemDraw, and HPC cloud services, among others.
Your responsibilities would include:
End-to-end ownership of simulation applications and licenses
Advanced functional support (L2/L3), including server, database, and data-management interactions
Deployment and lifecycle management of complex simulation software (analysis, testing, documentation, rollout)
Monitoring application stability and license consumption
Managing incidents and critical escalations using Helix
Driving major version upgrades and large-scale rollouts
Collaborating on industrial, security, and regulatory projects, ensuring governance and compliance
We’re ideally looking for someone with 3–7 years of experience in the simulation applications domain who enjoys both hands-on technical work and service ownership.
