🔹Job Summary

We are expanding our service portfolio with a new specialization in ServiceNow solutions and are looking for a dynamic and consultative ServiceNow Sales Professional.
The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, understand their ServiceNow requirements, propose suitable solutions, and onboard clients for long-term collaboration.

🔹Key Responsibilities

– Identify and generate new business opportunities for ServiceNow services across industries
– Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and ServiceNow requirements
– Conduct requirement discovery calls and solution discussions with stakeholders (IT, Operations, Service Management teams)
– Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design suitable ServiceNow offerings
– Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and statements of work (SOWs)
– Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification → requirement discussion → negotiation → client onboarding
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities
– Stay updated on ServiceNow modules, industry trends, and competitor offerings
– Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client information in CRM tools

🔹Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in ServiceNow, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
– Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps (functional knowledge is sufficient)
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
– Ability to translate client requirements into business and technical solutions
– Experience in B2B sales, client onboarding, and account management
– Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment

🔹Preferred Qualifications:

– Prior experience selling ServiceNow services or implementations
– Exposure to consulting or solution-selling roles
– ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS) – good to have, not mandatory
– Experience working with global or enterprise clients
