These systems support live initiatives including TEOS Sentinel and UCH Sovereign.

🧭 Qualification Process

Step 1 — Independent Training (Free/Public)

Complete Anthropic’s public Claude learning materials independently:
• Agent Skills
• Claude API
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Claude Code fundamentals

We use this as a baseline technical competency filter.

Step 2 — Application

Send:
• Name
• Country
• Short technical background
• One example of shipped work using Claude (repo, demo, production workflow, or write-up)
• Confirmation of completed training

Step 3 — Technical Evaluation

Review focuses on:
• systems thinking
• execution quality
• architecture decisions
• shipping ability

Degrees and titles are secondary to demonstrated work.

Step 4 — Project Engagement

Selected candidates may receive:
• formal contractor engagement
• @teosegypt.com working account
• assignment to active infrastructure projects

Important:
• Limited to 10 seats
• No fees at any stage
• No partnership claims are being made
• Public Anthropic learning resources are used only as a technical baseline
