We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of website and product experience work across client projects, especially brand websites, landing pages, and e-commerce experiences.
The Role
You will lead UI/UX delivery from discovery to final handoff. This is not a “make it pretty” role. We need someone who can translate strategy into clean user journeys, clear interfaces, and conversion-focused pages.
You will collaborate with strategy, content, and performance marketing, and work closely with developers to ship real work, not just concepts.
Responsibilities
Lead UX thinking across websites, landing pages, and funnels (user flows, structure, wireframes)
Design high-quality UI in Figma with strong hierarchy, spacing, and clarity
Build and maintain design systems (components, styles, reusable patterns)
Improve conversion and usability through layout decisions, messaging structure, and UX logic
Create prototypes and clear handoffs for development (responsive behavior, states, specs)
Review implemented pages and support QA to ensure the final output matches the design intent
Keep projects organized and moving with practical timelines and clean files
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of UI/UX experience with strong website and landing page work
Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, responsive design systems)
Portfolio showing real UX thinking, not only visuals
Understanding of conversion-focused UX (clarity, friction reduction, page structure)
Able to work fast with high quality and consistent standards
Must be located in Egypt
Nice to Have
E-commerce experience (product pages, collections, checkout UX)
Experience working with GCC clients or brands
Basic understanding of SEO and performance constraints (mobile-first, speed considerations)
Ability to guide juniors or review design output when needed
