Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tele sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential and existing students. The primary responsibilities include engaging in outbound and inbound calls, explaining the features and benefits of the platform to prospective learners, addressing inquiries, and guiding students through the enrollment process. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on potential leads, and providing excellent support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently interact with students and address their inquiries effectively.
Experience in Customer Support and Sales with a proven ability to guide potential customers through the enrollment process.
Ability to deliver Training and personalized assistance to new users for a positive onboarding experience.
Proficiency in using technology and remote communication tools, with organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of Quranic education is a plus, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their learning goals.
Language: Very Good English (Speaking and Writing) is a must.
Punctuality: Absolute commitment to working hours and deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Zoom, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, highly organized, and a problem-solver.
