Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior individual contributor (6–10+ years of experience) with deep fintech and payments expertise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and launching credit card and/or debit card platforms, preferably at a fintech company or major bank (e.g., card-issuing platforms, payment processors, or digital banks such as Telda).
Requirements
6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong background in payments / fintech systems
Direct experience launching and scaling credit or debit card platforms
Experience at a fintech, digital bank, or major financial institution preferred
Willingness to be hands-on and code daily in a senior IC capacity
